Production and Wagon Planning Planner

Assignment: Consulting assignment for 1 year with a very good opportunity for takeover

Other: Possible to work remotely some days a week

The position involves working with ITAR-controlled technology and requires you to undergo a security clearance before employment.

About the Assignment

As a Planner, you will be an important part of the Production Planning within Assembly Integration & Test. You will work closely with production, purchasing, project managers, and external partners to ensure efficient material flows, correct wagon configuration, and a stable production rate. The role suits you who want to combine structured planning with problem-solving in an advanced and dynamic industrial environment.

Examples of Tasks:

• Analyze and release production orders in SAP
• Monitor material status and report to projects and purchasing
• Manage rescheduling, changes in production documentation, and configurations
• Review and update wagon configurations during ongoing production
• Collaborate with external partners during assembly and manufacturing
• Participate in daily follow-ups with production and assembly
• Contribute to business development within analysis, digitization, and working methods

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in production planning, material planning, or similar roles within the industry who thrives in a technical and highly structured environment. You are analytical, communicative, and confident in handling changes and complex flows. To succeed in the role, we see that you are both methodical and solution-oriented.

To qualify for the following assignment, you must meet the following requirements:

• Experience in planning within the industry, such as production planner, material planner, coordinator, or preparer
• Ability to work in a structured, quality-conscious, and problem-solving manner
• Experience collaborating in teams with complex material and production flows
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
• In this role, you will undergo a security clearance and the work involves ITAR-controlled technology

It is highly meritorious if you:

• Have experience with SAP, Aras, and the Office suite
• Have an academic background in logistics, production technology, industrial economics, or equivalent
• Have experience from a technically advanced or safety-critical industry
